Ravanasura Movie Download Story
The film revolves around Ravindra, played by Ravi Teja, a junior lawyer working under his ex-girlfriend Kanaka Mahalakshmi. Ravindra’s life takes a dramatic turn when Harika Talwar, the R&D head of Syncox Pharma, seeks his help in proving her father’s innocence. Her father, Vijay Talwar, is wrongfully accused of the murder of Jayaprakash, the chairman of the FDA.
As Ravindra delves into the case to impress Harika, he discovers that the evidence against Vijay Talwar is far from concrete. There are no DNA samples linking him to the crime scene. However, his investigation catches the attention of ACP Hanumanth Rao, who believes Vijay is being framed. Hanumanth’s team uncovers a similar case involving a celebrity’s death, leading them to Saketh, a prosthetic makeup artist.
The shocking twist comes when it’s revealed that Ravindra is wearing a prosthetic mask and is responsible for the murders. He had befriended Saketh and kidnapped his girlfriend Jaanu to force him into creating prosthetic faces. As the story unfolds, it becomes clear that Ravindra’s motive for the murders is deeply rooted in a conspiracy involving Syncox Pharma and unethical human trials. He seeks vengeance against those responsible for the death of Dr. Shanti, who had exposed the company’s sinister actions.
Ravanasura Movie Download Review
Mass hero Ravi Teja’s foray into the crime thriller genre generated immense excitement among fans when “Ravanasura,” written and directed by Sudheer Varma, was announced.
The film kicks off with a gruesome murder perpetrated by pharmaceutical company head Vijay Talwar, introducing us to lawyer Ravindra (Ravi Teja), who becomes entangled in this complex case. Ravindra collaborates with his former college mate and ex-girlfriend, Kanakamahalakshmi (Faria Abdullah). It’s during this time that Harika Talwar (Megha Akash) seeks his help to defend her father, who has been arrested for murder.
Assigned to the case is ACP Hanumanth Rao (Jayaram), and soon, a series of murders ensue, including the shocking rape and murder of Harika. However, the individuals initially thought to be the culprits are not the actual killers. The enigmatic makeup artist Saket (Sushanth), who is acquainted with Ravindra, plays a pivotal role. So, what’s the twist? How is Ravindra linked to these murders, and why are so many people meeting a gruesome fate?
The identity of the murderer is unveiled in the first half of the film, but the murders appear senseless and devoid of logic. It’s in the second half that we finally learn the motive behind these killings, albeit a disappointingly weak one. This suspense thriller leans more towards a crime spree and less towards a gripping thriller. Director Sudheer Varma claimed inspiration from renowned directors Quentin Tarantino and Christopher Nolan, but their influence is scarcely discernible in this film.
“Ravanasura” is riddled with logical loopholes. For instance, ACP identifies the murderer based on a mere cut on his arm. Furthermore, one man is producing prosthetic masks from his residence, and the police seem incapable of uncovering his identity. Additionally, Saket’s girlfriend, Janu, is kidnapped and he is coerced into criminal activities, yet Saket never approaches the authorities for help, leaving many questions unanswered.
Ravi Teja, typically seen as the hero, ventures into an anti-hero role in this film, which might befuddle his fans. Nevertheless, he excels in portraying the antagonist. The film includes the customary song-and-dance sequences for his fans but carries an ‘A’ rating due to its violence.
The ensemble cast, including Sushanth, Anu Emmanuel, Megha Akash, Faria Abdullah, Pujita Ponnada, Srikanth, Sampath, Jayaram, and Daksha Nagarkar, features several talented actors. Sushanth has a prominent role compared to others, while the female characters serve primarily as plot devices and lack substantial development.
The film’s music, composed by Harshavardhan Rameshwar and Bheems Ceciroleo, is decent but not exceptional.
Due to its violent content, “Ravanasura” received an ‘A’ certificate, and the filmmakers chose not to make any cuts to the film. However, the movie falls short of delivering the expected thrills associated with Ravi Teja’s Mass Maharaja image.
